10 yearsJob Description : Service Manager Qatar ( Luxury Cars ) Location : Qatar Basic Salary - QAR 12,000 + other benefits Role: Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, Managing and controlling the running of the Service Department at dealer level, monitor and improve workshop performance, achieve customer satisfaction by improving processes and efficiencies and marketing the service department to continue growth. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: · Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation; where department personnel can prosper; find rewards in their efforts; and, be continuously motivated and challenged to improve their performance. · Implementing and maintaining job loading and quality control systems that will assure the department is operating at maximum levels of productivity and efficiency. · Directing the daily activities of the department; assisting personnel with establishing their income and training objectives; and, continuously monitoring and evaluating their progress toward achieving these goals · Assuring that the dealership is in full compliance with all procedures, policies. · Identify Short focus in performance V’S budget if any. · To ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved along with achieving budget. · Liaise with customers regarding complaints and technical issues. · Monitor all KPI’s and implement changes where required. · Assist with parts issues when appropriate. · To liaise with customers to assess their needs and requirements. · Support the staff with escalation customer case. SERVICE MANAGER Requirements: · University degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering or any Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. · Minimum 10 years experience with prestige car distributor (German Brand) in similar field. · Proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic is an added advantage. · Excellent communication and customer handling skills. · Familiar with computerized Dealer Management System. · In depth technical background. · Administrative Skills. · Sales Ability. · Planning and controlling ability. · Client relation ability. · Strong leader of a large team required with the ability to identify weaknesses and coach to develop these into strengths
