Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO THAILAND Reporting directly to CEO and Board, this is a role for a number one finance leader who is enjoy working in fast pace and innovative environment. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the optimal business strategy, help leading the team of accounting and finance to be main supporters to lead the firm to public listing. You will also take the lead providing financial planning and analysis in dept to help support with critical business decision and be able to be trusting board for senior stakeholder and investors. Scope of responsibility: Accounting and Finance, FP&A, legal, investor relations functions Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the long-term goals and growth of the business Provide financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights on business performance, trends, and opportunities Monitor key financial metrics and indicators, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary measures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards Oversee cash flow planning, forecasting, and optimisation to ensure efficient utilisation of financial resources. Monitor working capital, liquidity, and capital expenditure to maintain a healthy financial position. Optimise capital market strategy, fund-raising for enhance funding structure Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation, acquisitions, and partnerships Collaborate with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities Build strong team of investor relations and legal functions The successful candidate must possess 25+ years experience and 10 years of experience as CFO in listed company and be able to help drive for IPO and investment decision for the firm. Proven track record of managerial level in CFO role in listed company Familiar with the fast pace and dynamic of the e-commerce industry and such business model Experienced financier or banker to take a company to public listing, enlarged liquidity, fund-raising, due diligence and potential M&A opportunity to become dominant player in SEA Be able to hands-on and has deep knowledge in operations in SEA with global experience Great understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards in Thailand Experience in working closely with high level executives and Board of Directors, support crucial business decision with complex and in-sight data analysis, with great communication skills to persuade all stakeholders and investors executives Be able to drive business altogether with financial performance, operational efficiency, and minimise financial risks Articulacy in English and Thai languages The successful Group CFO will join a company whose expertise has made them the leader in their field.
