15 yearsJob Description : Global Labor Relations Manager for an international company in the technology sector SPAIN Functions: - Lead the global Labor Relations team. - Design work strategies for the implementation of global initiatives, plans and personnel policies. - Support any activity of People Operation and HRBP with strategic knowledge in matters of labor relations. - Represent the company before company committees, unions, inspections, audits and labor authorities. - Analyzes, designs, plans and actively leads the implementation of projects related to personnel from a labor perspective. Requirements: - Legal and international HR training with at least 15 years of experience, 2 years of proven leadership. - Essential experience in international companies. - Experience with unions and works councils worldwide - Very high level of English
