Sales Director

Job Description : B2C Sales Director (Massive Sales) for an important company in the energy sector.= out of MADRID SPAIN Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a B2C sales team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve established sales targets. Develop and execute effective B2C sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Set sales goals and objectives for the team, and track progress to ensure they are met. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments, and develop plans to enter them effectively. Maintain a solid relationship with existing clients, and establish lasting relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Perform analysis and monitoring of market trends, competition and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis and projections for senior management. Stay up-to-date on products, services and changes in the industry in order to provide expert advice to customers and the sales team. Requirements: Proven experience as B2C Sales Director (massive sales) or in a similar position, preferably in the Telecommunications sector. Ability to create a sales force team. Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team. Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal collaborators. Orientation to results and ability to achieve established sales targets. Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. Solid knowledge of B2C sales strategies and techniques. Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and work effectively under pressure.
