Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM THAILAND FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY An exciting Regional Sales Manager job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most respected global machinery company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a Sales Manager who is a leader in their field. Identify, evaluate and develop existing as well as potential distribution channels in order to establish a comprehensive coverage of the various markets in the region Deliver sustainable business growth across the range of products Further developing market intelligence, customer mapping in designated area Motivate the sales team and distributor network through excellent business support, product and sales support, information and a spirit of commitment, transparency and innovation Implement the plans and constantly monitoring results while taking corrective actions as required Lead, support and develop the local dealer network Work closely with the aftermarket team to improve product support for our customers Regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline Effectively manage the account receivables to ensure that the set targets are achieved Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and marketing in a similar industry Strong distributor management and development skills Solid understanding of road equipment, both technical and application Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of analytical skills Fluent in Thai and English Engineering background is preferred
