Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Job Description : ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER THAILAND new plant set up of the world’s largest integrated pharmaceutical supplier based in Rayong, This is a role for a determined and seasoned Engineering and Maintenance Manager to drive and ensure their manufacturing operations Reporting to Plant Manager, you will take the lead providing direction to all engineering and maintenance aspects including support implement new projects in plant together with budget and cost control. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund. Lead engineering process/production including arranging the production equipment, machineries to ensure the smooth of utility operations.= To review electrical & mechanical breakdowns document and control spare parts Supervise engineering team to ensure smooth mass production and support launching new products in term of manufacturing aspect. Coordinate and monitor to ensure the projects are planned as budget and schedule control To adhere safety guidelines, regulatory & TPM and other improvement projects in the facility Develop and control budget including manage engineering and maintenance staffs under responsibility and make proposals concerning further developments such as training, evaluation, organisation, assessments to meet team target To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of manufacturing operations for multinational organisation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with master’s degree is a plus At least 15 years’ manufacturing management experience with an international manufacturer Great communication and presentation skills
