Job Description : AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY AND RPA DIRECTOR THAILAND A leading global hospitality company is now looking for the Automation Technology & RPA Director (x1 vacancy) who will be taking the lead role in setting up automation team and kick off RPA technologies, design automation process for the organisation, including managing change in global scale together with technology leadership team to accelerate way of work to be more effective by utilising Automation & RPA technologies. This role needs to build an organisation and a service offer around the robotic automation of corporate processes such as for hotels. This position is completely in line with the new Power Brands strategy to automate processes. Create RPA centre (governance, necessary skills, resources), since defining service catalogue, set up governance in connection with the functions and able to define the target organisation Manage robotic process automation projects Define the size of the RPA team to be staffed according to the needs collected Carry out a skills assessment between what company have and what team need During projects, this role need to identify the right resources to staff according to the projects, including coordinate with all internal resources Design training session for human resources on the merits of using RPA Apply group standards in terms of security and architecture Develop internal benchmarks to facilitate the response to calls for tenders. On a daily basis, also a mandatory to manage production activities, do technology watch, measure the quality of services and the gains made. Ensure compliance of activities with Group standards To succeed in this Automation Technology & RPA Director role, you should have good technical knowledge of RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
