Director

Job Description : Director of the Industrialized Division. Based in Alicante or Valencia SPAIN Reporting to the General Director, the main functions are: • Head of the industrialized division in the company • Creation and leadership of a work team for the new division, both technical and construction • Design and implement a strategy to develop and execute the industrialized construction business • Supervision of manufacturing, production organization • Supervision of the technical office, design and projects • Management and supervision of construction at destination • Quality control and supervision • Preparation and supervision of budgets for projects, • Cost control • Development of relationships with suppliers • Supervision of compliance with current regulations and legislation • Collaboration with the marketing and commercial department (There is no commercial responsibility) The minimum requirements for this position are: • University degree: Technical Architect, Senior Architect, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, Public Works Engineering, equivalent degrees, ICCP, ITOP, Building Graduate, or university technical discipline in the construction area • +5 years of experience in the construction sector . industrialized housing • +5 years of experience as construction manager or Project manager • +5 years of experience managing teams • +18 years of total experience in the construction sector • You have and want to continue carrying out a professional career in construction in the industrialized area • You have mainly worked in your career in building work • You are currently a housing project manager, or you work in the industrial sector
