Job Description : PLANT MANAGER THIALND FOR SE ASIA An exciting Plant Manager (Based Overseas – CLMV) job has just become available at one of the well-known food manufacturers based in Bangkok, Thailand and CLMV countries. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Director, this is a role for plant manager who has strong plant operation skill, manages over 100 operation staffs, overall manages team of engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, back-office, and experienced managing P&L. This is a great opportunity for the Plant Manager (Based Overseas – CLMV) to responsible for managing the local operation teams to achieve business goals in production, quality, safety, supply chain with cost effectiveness. You will also one of key player who will lead improvement process and new projects to the sites. The regional work experience of plant operation in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam is preferred. The salary is competitive, and company provides variable bonus, provident fund, and insurance. Ensure and manage overall plant operation of all sites in CLMV to deliver the optimum output and cost efficiency. Ensure the safe operation environment established at the plant Lead the improvement of plant operation to meet global standard Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and align business direction regarding plant operations Strengthen relationship with local communities and government officials to sustainable business streams To succeed in the Plant Manager (Based Overseas – CLMV) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science or related fields Minimum 10 years work experience in plant operation management, managerial level in food manufacturing Flexibility on work location, able to work at manufacturing plants in region Strong people and stakeholder management, proven success in leading and engaging teams Abel to influence teams with high diversity and have sense of urgency, problem-solving skill Having business acumen, analytical and systematic thinking skill
