Job Description : VP GROUP CORPORATE STRATEGY MALAYSIA In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. Support and lead a variety of strategic efforts, process and playing a lead role in building annual/long-term strategic and business plans Take a lead role in managing the planning and budgeting activities performed by business units. Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans Manage and develop the business’s KPI infrastructure to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives Provide support, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel Develop strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as oversee their adoption across the business Analyse long-term market trends and provides recommendation for business development opportunities Support and ensure timely, focused and value adding strategic planning process Manage Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for the control and continual improvement of processes and products Assist the management on strategies, processes and execution in environmental, social and governance-related and key goals in sustainability across the organisation To succeed in the Vice President, Group Corporate Strategy job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy and planning position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Good command of English (written and spoken) Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen Effective communicator who is capable of building strong relationships, ability to foster positive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in MS Office applications
