Group Controlling Director

Job Description : GROUP CONTROLLING DIRECTOR BELGIUM a manufacturing company based in Flemish Brabant, we are looking for a self-employed Interim Group Controlling Director Key responsibilities will include: - As Group controlling director, you oversee the controlling and financial planning activities for all plants of the group. You ensure a strong reporting of these entities to the headquarter. You report to the Group CFO and manages a team of 4 direct reports - You drive financial reporting and business support at group level: Responsible for monthly management reporting Support communication at group level Lead P&L and cash flow improvements initiatives Identify deviations to objectives and propose countermeasures Support Capex and bidding processes Develop and maintain insights to aid the analyses of main process flows Prepare management and shareholder reporting, ensuring a correct financial view of the performance of the organization Oversee group KPI reporting - You drive all group financial planning processes (Budget, Forecast and Medium-Term Plan): Lead processes across the group respecting timelines and other constraints Challenge organization Advise and support executive committee decision making Prepare and give presentations to leadership team, board of directors - You lead financial compliance: Ensure compliance with local statutory audit requirements and IFRS reporting package - You give overall support to the activities of the CFO. Your profile as Group Controlling Director: You have a strong experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. You are fluent in English and a good command of the other language. You have strong leadership, communication and influential skills. An exposure to IFRS is a strong asset. You are autonomous and hands-on. You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. IBM analytics & Cognos are a plus
