Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER TANZANIA A leading manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join their team in Tanzania and help the company lead their operations to new heights. Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion. Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and quality standards. Promote safety and ensure teams compliance with all safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures. A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Engineering non-negotiable. Proven experience in a managerial role. A minimum of 15 years in manufacturing experience with strong experience with multi-product facility operations Knowledge about Quality Management System Requirements such as, Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Security, PCI, IT Security.
