Job Description : HR DIRECTOR FRANCE The main responsibilities of the HR Operations Director (M/F) are as follows:? Support for the group's HR transformation Modernization and digitization of tools (HRIS, payroll, etc.) Process optimization and automation Payroll and ADP supervision Management of training and internal mobility Ensure the quality of HR data: HR reporting, implementation of KPIs, People Analytics With 15/20 years of professional experience, including 5 years in functions including at least HRIS, social management control and/or remuneration, you have experience in change management.? Good management skills as well as an ability to orchestrate multiple services and requests are also necessary to succeed in this position.? You know how to demonstrate rigor and organization in order to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
