Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM FRANCE Industrial ETI, multi-site and working in the manufacture of special machines (small series), our client is looking for its future Supply Chain Manager (F/H) who will be based in the Mâcon region. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager (F/M) is responsible for structuring the supply chain strategy, its teams and deploying the associated management tools. In this context, the main missions of the Supply Chain and Purchasing Manager (F/M) are as follows: Define, implement and manage the supply chain strategy in a context of strong product customization: supplies, stock management, planning, scheduling; Manage a team of around 15 people: supervise and develop the skills of employees; Guaranteeing exemplary KPIs, making the upstream supply chain an essential link in a context of transformation; Streamline exchanges between the different professions and bring people together around common projects; Lead improvement projects and promote lean tools within the site; Ensure the application of good HSE practices in his department Trained as an engineer or equivalent, you have at least 10 years' experience in supply, ideally in the automotive industry. You know the industrial sector of small or medium series with highly technical products. In addition, the development within agile and little formalized structures will be a real asset. Mastery of English is indispensable. Unifier and good communicator, you are autonomous, pragmatic and recognized for your ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Your natural leadership and your entrepreneurial spirit will allow you to guide teams in a context of change and build the supply chain of tomorrow. Your excellent interpersonal skills and your agility will allow you to carry out the various projects.
