Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER FRANCE Manages preventive and curative maintenance operations in order to guarantee the availability of the means of production Secures the means of production and proposes improvements in terms of technical solutions Ensures compliance with safety standards and manages all regulatory monitoring and equipment validation and qualification procedures Animates and manages the planning of his team (scheduled interventions, work in relation with subcontractors, on-call duty, teamwork, etc.) Responsible for managing contracts and the maintenance store Ensures the interface with the other functions of the company, in particular production Raise its teams' skills to strengthen the versatility of technicians and thus ensure a better link between electrical and mechanical Coming from a technical training of engineer type or equivalent, you justify about 10 years of experience in management functions of maintenance teams, ideally in a mechanized and heavy industry.
