About the Talent Acquisition Manager (Three-year Contract) Role: Your key responsibility will be to support the full-cycle recruitment such as sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of the company. Work closely with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source for potential candidates through various channels Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person and online interviews File candidate information, including resumes and contact details into the company's folder Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements Lead employer branding initiatives and forecast annual hiring needs by department Build long-term relationships with current and potential candidates Be involved in ad hoc HR duties and projects To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC (Three-year Contract) role, you must have relevant experience and be well-versed in hiring of technical engineering positions. Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of full-cycle of sourcing and recruiting practices, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, good presentation skills and stakeholder management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS
