Job Description : CLUSTER HEAD FINANCE An excellent Cluster Head of Finance job has just arisen at a leading multinational downstream energy company in Jakarta, to report directly to the Regional ASEAN Head of Finance. About the Cluster Head of Finance Role: This position will be a critical role within the finance/accounting and supply chain division that will lead three countries (Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines) reporting directly to Regional ASEAN Head of Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to lead the finance team of a leading multinational downstream energy company. Drive financial strategy and operating rhythm consistently across the three countries Act as the financial consultant for the business in all commercial decisions and by monitoring financial performance against the plan. Initiate and drive mitigation actions Identify, develop and lead the implementation of the procurement goals and category strategies, based on the deep subject-matter expertise and understanding of industry/market dynamics Lead and guide the finance and procurement teams across three countries consistently on overall control and compliance matters, statutory/regulatory reporting incl tax and treasury Guide the finance teams across three countries consistently on overall functional responsibilities such as accounting processes, reporting, planning, tax and treasury practices and corporate services Manage the service-level agreement between the countries and shared services team while driving process improvement initiatives Drive and support major growth initiatives be it new investments, M&A, JV, etc. Review, assess, and challenge the cluster’s actual performance, plan and forecast Provide leadership and challenge for all strategic plans and productivity initiatives Oversee all audit and internal control operations Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis To succeed in this Cluster Head of Finance role, you must possess good communication skill and strong technical skills. Degree in accountancy, ACCA or related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA is preferred Over 10 - 12 years' experience with strong exposure to overall finance management In-depth understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles, familiar with IFRS and PSAK Strong communication skills Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance Excellent time-management, planning and project skills including the ability to interact with and present to senior level leadership Familiar with SAP/Hyperion system
