Job Description : GM TRUCKING INDONESIA Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational and financial areas. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives Develop and execute the business plan and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in the areas of customer, financial, internal business processes, people and suppliers Design, plan and manage all company resources to enhance value to all company stakeholders Provide guidance and direction for logistics solutions to customers and internal productivity/quality improvement projects Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships To succeed in this General Manager for Trucking role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively. Key Requirements: An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree or logistics/SCM related professional qualification will be an added advantage A passionate and driven approach to the company leadership Excellent relationship management, networking and negotiation skills Strong decision-making capabilities 15 or more years of Transport Management experience Sound working knowledge of both transport and warehouse operations
