Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR DUBAI • Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the company. • Develop and implement financial policies and controls in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Monitor and analyze financial performance against KPIs and budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external auditors, and banking partners. • Establish and maintain a strong financial reporting and control environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Collaborate with other department heads, providing financial input and guidance to support company-wide performance and growth. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a strong plus. • At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experience working in or with multinational companies and a strong understanding of regional financial regulations. • Proven track record of delivering results and driving improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
