Job Description : Blown Film Incharge W&H Varex 3Layers Blown Film Machine KUWAIT 12-15 years experience • To ensure all the SOPs are followed up by shift personnel in Blown Film department. • Ensuring Blown Film machine utilization, idle time and the wastage are under specified norm. • Follow the Blown Fi. production plan and job specification while operating the machine. • To raise daily production shift report to the Production Incharge. • Ensure proper implementation of PRP and OP. in Blown Film department. • Verification of the effectiveness of Corrective S Preventive Actions in Blown Film department. • Verification of Process flow of Blown Film department. • Ensuring relevant training of Product Safety Team in Blown Film department. • To implement & monitor the effectiveness of FSMS in Blow.
