Job Description : Business Head- Malting Unit Company: Reputed Group in Nigeria Job Location : Sangota, Nigeria Experience: He should have about 25 years of experience of which, 5 years should be as Business Head of a Malt derivative Industry. Experience of production of various flours like sorghum, maize and soya will be an added advantage. Must have driven sales & marketing function & have been responsible for delivery of P&L of a company of similar size (sales of at least 20M US$ pa) Nigerian / African exposure/knowledge is essential. Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology. A certificate course in Brewing / malting will be an added advantage. Role Objective Business Head for the group’s malting & malt derivatives business. The production facilities at Sango-OTA, OGUN State Nigeria (an hour’s drive from Lagos International Airport) include state of the art facility for brewing/ malting and extraction of maltose & glucose syrup from raw materials like Sorghum, Maize & Casava etc. He should be a Techno – Commercial resource with good innovation & networking skills, not only to develop new applications and new customers but also build a sustainable business partnership He also must have owned & driven P&L of a similar food derivative business. Proven credentials for this is a must.
