Job Description : DIRECTOR BANK UAE • The role requires extensive knowledge of Project Finance theory, practice, documentation and execution and may include knowledge of other financing approaches such as trade, leasing and asset finance • Leading deal teams in the marketing for, origination of and execution of transactions for both advisory and lending • As appropriate, input and guidance on financial modelling and analysis for projects as leader of an advisory team. • Understanding the Bank's internal procedures and processes, and relevant regulations and compliance matters and applying them correctly and in compliance with all rules and regulations and monitoring and supporting junior staff in doing so. • Significant knowledge and experience of project finance theory, practice, risk analysis, credit, execution and documentation • An expert in the industry sector of New Energies, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Natural Resources, with intensive knowledge, skills and experience in this area. In particular, in depth knowledge of the hydrogen value chain is essential given the energy transition • Strong numerical and financial skills essential and financial modelling experience desirable • A significant element of leadership experience for transactions and of managing junior staff • Previous experience of working in project finance in a relevant institution (bank, advisor, industry etc)
