After Sales Director

Job Description : FMCG AFTER SALES DIRECTOR KENYA a Multinational food equipment manufacturing player is currently seeking a Director of After sales within the FMCG industry to expand their sales & service division across the EA region. They currently represent big players in the food industry and are constantly revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Board of Directors, You are responsible for leading & executive the below duties: • Responsible for effectively managing the Global aftersales & services accounts for key global accounts • Implementing strategies with customers to expand their food line production, by promoting various food manufacturing equipment catered to their business needs • Effectively working with the Engineering & manufacturing departments, to develop food machinery equipment based on client specifications • You are responsible for delegating all service, aftersales & customer service requests • Effectively collaborating with internal & external departments to ensure customer service delivery is at its peak performance • You are responsible for managing approvals on delivering new food machinery, retrofit parts & additional services to the existing clientele and new customers • You bring a minimum of 20 years of working experience as a Director of Aftersales & services preferably within the food manufacturing or industrial goods industry • Proven track record of leading business development within Services & sales for food manufacturing machinery • Excellent market knowledge of Middle East & Africa region is preferred • Bachelors degree in Engineering & Business management is a bonus • You bring excellent leadership skills, and can effectively problem solve • Excellent fluency in English is required • Able to work professional with C-suite & board members • Must be willing to relocate and travel within the EA region Competitive base salary + variable bonus + expatriate package.
