Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO FIJI · Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission · Looking after the hub revenue reporting teams like Consumer, Marketing, Business Solutions, H&E, MADs and Carriers. Ultimately responsible to delivering the overall hub revenue targets in conjunction with market CEOs. · Overseeing the business process optimization as well as the procurement team. · Working with the CFO, oversee long-term budgetary planning and monitoring in alignment with the strategic plan · Support and advise the Regional CEO, keeping the CEO informed of all critical issues · Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in, and having deep knowledge of, organizations operations. · Develop a performance culture · Represent the organization when requested, ensuring proper representation of organizational priorities.
