Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CEO QATAR A prominent business group in Qatar is looking for an experienced CEO to lead the group based out of Doha. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive the transformation of the group and shape its future growth strategy, while further expanding its presence in core industries such as automotive, oil and gas contracting, mechanical contracting, and real estate and IT services. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the group's position and fostering its continued success. Candidates should have a strong understanding of multi-business conglomerates. Exposure to oil and gas and mechanical contracting services and car dealerships and experience in a senior leadership role with family businesses will be distinct advantages. Responsibilities Take the lead across all aspects of the Group's transformation: driving the growth and profitability of the Group, setting its strategic direction, overseeing its reorganization as necessary, and leading communication with internal and external stakeholders: Build a productive working relationship with the Group’s Board and gain its trust and confidence to lead the transformation of the business. Developing and executing Group’s business strategies, annual plans, and policies and ensuring they align with the Group's long and short-term objectives. Leading and overseeing planning of operational and financial and budgeting aspects of the Group. Building, and overseeing a productive executive team. Successfully interacting, building alliances and partnership with diverse internal and external stakeholders including industry partners and clients. Actively supervising divisions and operating companies to ensure achievement of Group’s financial and operating goals and objectives. Maintaining a positive work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating top-quality employees at all levels at the Group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree/MBA or equivalent experience Bilingual candidates preferred. 20+ years' experience. Exposure to in automotive, oil and gas contracting and mechanical contracting services will be distinct advantages. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
