Job Description : GM-Operations (HDPE/PVC) DRC Education: Any Graduate with Degree in Plastic processing. Exp. Required: 15+ years Salary Offer: As per industry norms Job Description: · Overseeing business development efforts on behalf of a company. · Techno-Commercial experience in handling operations of HDPE & PVC products manufacturing. · Winning new client contracts. · Developing marketing and growth strategies and campaigns. · Managing the portfolio of SPVs to achieve planned yields. · Engaging in Financial & Operational improvements to enhance yield & institutionalize the operations of the assets. · Analyzing data and creating reports to identify areas of business growth. · Monitoring local and federal regulations. · Bidding on new projects and negotiating contract terms.
