Engineering and Utilities Head

Job Description : Head- Engineering & Utilities-API Responsibilities • Manage large team of Engineers & Technicians of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil function. • Un-interrupted Supplies of Services to ensure the Plant Reliability and Availability to achieve Production Targets. • Operation & Maintenance of Utilities Includes Steam Boilers Steam Turbines Cooling Towers etc. • Monitoring /Costing and feasibility Models, Planning & Analysis. • Continual Improvements through Implementation of Good Engineering Practices. • Maintenance Management System, Reliability Centered Maintenance at Manufacturing Plant • Integrated Shutdown Planning of Production Plants along with Boilers, Turbine and Major Equipment in Agreements with Cross functional teams • Six Sigma & TPM Initiatives • Budget Planning and Controls. • Ensuring the Compliance of Statutory Inspection and Liaison with Govt. Officials. • Development of Vendors / Suppliers / Contractors in Mechanical Engineering Setting up Operational Strategies of the unit. Qualifications and experience: B-Tech Mech. with about 20-25 years of exp in Engg & Utility Function
