Shift Manager

Job Description : Shift Manager with Biscuit company for their Unit at Ogun State, Nigeria. Education Qualification: B.Sc. Production or Food Science/Technology Experience: 8+yrs Job Location: Nigeria West Africa Job Role & Responsibilities · Responsible for organizing work allocation on the line within shift to ensure optimal production plan executions. · Makes certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements - Including SAP production confirmation, downtime reporting & emergency breakdown notifications. · Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Biscuit & Wafer biscuit processing. · Manages work in the shift to ensure regular preventive maintenance of the lines/ systems/ machines. · Responsible to conduct effective shift review meetings addressing shift performance and identifying improvement opportunities. · Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices on the production lines · Ensures team's compliance with internal policies, procedures and standards. · Nigeria Experience is highly preferable. Key Skills · Excellent Communication Skills. · Good knowledge of food processing · Ready to work under pressure
