Corporate Communication Head

Job Description : HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION RAWANDA Co seeks a seasoned Communications professional in public relations, crisis management, media relations, internal and executive messaging, social media & content, speech writing, event planning, and managing and directing associates for the role of Head of Communication, reporting to CEO Co Holding and working closely with the entire leadership team. The Head of Communication is responsible for overseeing all communications involving the organization including the development and implementation of a communications (internal and external) strategies aligned with business strategy and aimed to enhance company's reputation. Job Content · Drive public relations, social media, Content, and internal communications efforts · Responsible for strategic communications that raise COs profile and strengthen the company brand, promoting key initiatives, research, and other thought leadership content, etc · Design and oversee an integrated media strategy across social, digital, and traditional media channels · Lead internally focused content strategy and communications programs that inform, educate, and engage management and staff · Develop and manage the wider PR calendar including awards, speaker platforms · Provide communications toolkits and advise colleagues with communications outreach Job Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. · Fluent in English and French · 15+ years relevant experience, ideally with a multinational or cross border company · Ability to bring in good networks and experience with industry, media, and government · Familiar with the agriculture/food manufacturing, brands, and marketing · High impact communication skills including message design & delivery expertise · Public policy and external environment analytical prowess · High editorial skills with super attention to detail · Traditional and new media channel management experience · Strategic thinker, proactive self-driven champion · Prolific influencer with high executional prowess · Accessible, resourceful, and prolific · Team player with both inter and intra-functional capability · High business acumen Salary : Annual Saving Potential of 120k US$
