Job Description : PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) You will lead all innovation projects (Initiate, design, and direct research and development programmes) for R&D packaging and supervise all packaging development and implementation activities (improve and generate) across the category. Responsibility and accountability for all performance and execution for R&D packaging Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for all levels so that the research and development strategy is aligned with the long-term vision, mission, and objectives of the organisation Oversee the R&D budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of R&D activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and maintain professional standards Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science; evaluate new technologies and advise the organisation on appropriate R&D investments Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional research staff to ensure the quality, validity, and credibility of the organisation's research activities Develop & build sustainable capability for R&D packaging resources University Degree level qualification At least 15 years experience in research & development for packaging
