Job Description : NATIONAL MANUFACTURING HEAD VIETNAM An exciting Head of Manufacturing Plants with national scope has just become available in a top leading FMCG company in Vietnam. Reporting to CEO of the company, the Head of Manufacturing shall responsible to drive the strategy and performance for the operations of the group. Our client has multiple manufacturing facilities national wide of different product categories. The Head of Manufacturing Plants shall provide the leadership for the team of Plant Head/ Plant Leaders who will report directly to him/her. Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organisational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organisational goals are met Develop high performance team and high performance working culture To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity 30 years plus experience in similar leadership position in recognised MNCs in FMCG industry Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
