Job Description : MD NIGERIA FOR PLASTIC · Minimum 20 years of experience is required. · Packaging/Packing/Plastic industry experience is mandatory. · Education: CA is must · Working experience with African market is must. · Along with Finance role, person must have hands on experience in handling/monitoring other departments like business development/ HR/Operations/supply chain/logistics/procurement/warehouse/administration/Sales and Marketing or any other departments. · Job location will be Nigeria, Experience living in African country is must. · Final face-to-face round will be taken by the MD of Group, Candidate should be comfortable for the in office interview(Final round) for any of these locations- Nigeria, India or UK. · Production · Overseeing 5 factories and meeting production targets · Sales · Sales and BD · Bringing in all the multinationals onboard · Driving growth from existing capacity investment · Manpower · Manage existing team · Build capacity at all levels with Nationalization focus · Finance · Working with finance, audit, and ERP effectively to ensure accounts are accurate and timely · Effective working capital management · Growth · New business opportunities · Geographical expansions - Africa and Middle East · 50%+ CAGR - handle fast-growth · Ability to deal with ambiguity on day-to-day basis · Accountability, decision making, and ownership mentality · Stakeholder management · The client Company · Corporate functions · Contractors and vendors management
