Job Description : HEAD SALES AND MARKETING UGANDA FOR WHITE GOODS 10+ years experience Achieving set targets is your core responsibility. 2. You will be leading a team of 20 people. 3. The number is small because a lot of on the ground sales work is done by you. 4. A significant amount of your time will also be spent on administration and in making reports. 5. Your main focus is sales through the 2 brand shops and the sub-dealers that the company supplies to. 6. Although this is a senior position, it is not just a desk based job, but a ground level role. 7. You will be visiting your sub-dealers almost every day. 8. Your role also involves acting as a sales man to your sub-dealers. 9. Advertising is key presence in terms of display in sub-dealers shops.
