Job Description : Dairy Processing Manager – Chingola, Zambia . This exciting position requires a candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in managing the operations of a milk processing and packaging plant. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the processing plant, including water purification equipment, diesel boiler, milk chiller, and refrigeration equipment for the bulk milk tanks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the plant, setting work standards for your team, and making practical contributions to maintain the plant's quality and production through minor repairs and adjustments.
