General Manager

Job Description : GM AUTO KSA a highly respected automotive dealership based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to join their team and take charge of their operations. As General Manager, you will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the dealership. Your leadership skills will be tested as you guide and inspire a talented team to succeed and deliver great customer service in both sales and after-sales departments. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the dealership remains a regional market leader. Responsibilities § Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, finance, and administration. § Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability. § Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver world-class customer service. § Foster a positive and customer-centric culture throughout the dealership. § Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the manufacturer. Requirements: § Proven experience as a General Manager managing a premium or luxury automotive brand. § Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability and achieve sales targets. § Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams. § In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends. § Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. § Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. § Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be advantageous). The Package Competitive salary of SR 60,000 per month, plus furnished accommodation, company car, annual flight ticket, private healthcare and a highly attractive performance-related bonus of between 3 to 6 months' salary.
