Job Description : CFO NORTH INDIA a leading consumer durable brand in India, is looking for a dynamic and experienced CFO to oversee the financial operations of the company. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for driving financial growth and profitability, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability - Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes - Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and other senior leaders - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards - Oversee the accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities - Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize financial performance and efficiency - Build and lead a high-performing finance team Requirements: - Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting - Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability in a consumer durable or related industry - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in managing and leading high-performing finance teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
