National Sales Manager

Job Description : National Sales Manager - Agri Input division for Indonesia to lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve sales and profit targets for the sales of Agri input at the Country level. You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by acting as a Key Driver of specific Agri input product strategies to deliver sustainable long-term Sales Country business objectives and accurate and timely sales forecasts and plans.You will Manage and drive the Country's P&L (in terms of Volume, Revenue, and Margins); and NPL as a percentage of Sales.
