Factory Manager

Job Description : Factory Manager - CPP Plant - Nigeria Should have Post Graduate in Plastic Processing and Testing (C.I.P.E.T.) Should be B. Sc. or M. Sc in Plastics Skill to handle 3 Layer Cast Polypropylene line. Should have experience of approx. 8-12years and age shall be under 40 years old. Possesses good understanding Product development and raw material recipes as per the product quality requirements and cost management. Take full responsibility of production, planning, quality, machine maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical) & manpower. Should effectively manage stock details of finished goods, raw materials and WIP. Adept at analysing cause of the defect, design and implementation of fool proof method for continuous improvement of process. Should have handled on-line issues regarding to material problem. Should be • Coordinating with the technicians in case of any issues related to quality & production. • Resolving and giving timely solutions to the problems at the customer end • Keeping tab on ONLINE & OFFLINE checks machine wise plan. • Handling Manpower, achieving production targets with a goal to reduce scrap during production process. • Effectively handling of lab equipment and ensuring timely calibration. • Analyzing ageing properties of regular and developmental product
