Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager for FMCG company located in Qatar. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management of distribution partners and key clients in Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The main objective is to drive market share growth, increase top-line sales, and ensure profitability through excellent in-market executions. This will be achieved through effective cross-functional teamwork and an entrepreneurial mindset. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in distributor management and modern trade channels. The role is open to expatriates who are willing to relocate to Qatar.
