Job Description : PROJECT PROCURMENET HEAD NIGERIA FOR EPC CONTRACTS 20+ years experience Should have handled EPC Contracts and Services like Licensing contracts ,FEED Contracts for Global Projects - Should have handled a team of atleast 5 buyers - Knowledge of Contracting Clauses and should have drafted and finalised atleast 2 EPC contracts or EPCM contracts of > 1bn USD - Knowledge of Guarantees ,Technical Conditions of the contract - Should have worked with Oil and Gas Industry to finalise EPC Projects atleast in 3 projects across India and Abroad - Commercial and Contracts knowledge - Knowledge of FIDIC is advantageous - Should be a good communicator and Team worker - Should have the technical understanding of the scope of Contracts being finalised - Negotiation Skills - Communication Skills - Analytical Skills - Proven Track Record of finalising EPC Contractors or Service Providers
