Job Description : HSE MANAGER QATAR Bachelors Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 to 16 years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field, which includes minimum 3 to 4 years a Manager level in the oil and gas industry Certification in NEBOSH IDIP / IGC & IOSH is mandatory Knowledgeable in specific relevant safety techniques and have working knowledge of the legal and contractual HSE requirements Shall be capable of managing the implementation of HSE requirements Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to conduct HSE audits Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Good organization skills
