Facility Manager

Job Description : FACILITY MANAGER ABU DHABI UAE Facility Manager Four year degree in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent from an accredited university with internationally recognized professional credentials in Facilities Management. Minimum 15+ years’ experience in facilities management of large projects. Provides overall direction and management of FM Contracts, monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations; monitors risk/ problems and helps develop options to resolve. Deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management Services in support of customers' business needs in a safe working environment. Fully conversant with computer system mainly CAFM & management software. Responsible for monitoring Scope development, scope management and commercial performance to meet the clients goals and objectives. Provide supervision and management support of the FM team (Managing Agent, all FM service providers), reporting the overall cost and schedule status. Westerners are preferred.
