Job Description : Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources and Talent - Supply Chain and Manufacturing Division (Group) Location: New Jersey or Atlanta Industry: Pharmaceuticals Reports to: Group CHRO Region: North America, APAC and MEA About Us: Our client is a top pharmaceutical company that focuses on creating and providing excellent healthcare solutions worldwide. We seek an experienced HR professional specializing in Supply Chain and Manufacturing business partnering to join as SVP of Human Resources and Talent. Job Description: The Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent for Supply Chain and Manufacturing will oversee all human resources and talent management functions within our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This senior executive will spearhead strategies to ensure our company attracts, retains, and develops top talent within our Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR and talent management strategies aligning with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. 2. Lead HR practices and objectives to foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. 3. Oversee talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning strategies for the Supply Chain and Manufacturing division. 4. Develop and manage the budget for the HR department, including employee compensation, benefits, and training and development. 5. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure the company's compliance. 6. Coach and guide managers and supervisors on employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints. 7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 8. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP preferred. 2. 20+ years of HR experience, with at least five years at a senior leadership level, ideally within the CPG, retail, pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices or Consumer Electronics industry. 3. Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and strategic planning. 4. Deep understanding of HR functions (talent management, compensation, organizational development, etc.) 5. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws. 6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 7. Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
