Job Description : CEO MEA CEO for expansion of their consumer business portfolio across MEA region. The focus of the Board is to bring a leader who has proven experience in expanding the FMCG footprint across markets. Responsibilities: Collaboration with the Board to develop and execute the company's strategic goals, objectives, and growth. Build up a strategic effective team within the region to drive the company expansion consistently. Provide visionary leadership to functional leaders and operational teams, creating growth, efficiency, and profitability. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, growth-mindset and innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization. Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, distributors, and government agencies, fostering collaboration and business success. Drive the development and execution of critical projects, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven track record of at least 25+ years with prior experience as a CEO within CPG sector. Geographic or category experience is not a must. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Consumer market growth fundamentals in Developing and Emerging geographies.
