Supply Chain Head

Job Description : GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD SINGAPORE Head of the Global Supply Chain to lead our logistics, distribution, trade compliance, customer service, inventory management, and planning teams. This new role within the company will be responsible for managing exports to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East from Asia. The Head of the Global Supply Chain will play a key role in ensuring that our company's operations run smoothly and efficiently across all markets by building supply chain capabilities from scratch. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives - Manage logistics, distribution, trade compliance, customer service, inventory management, and planning teams - Oversee the import and export of goods from Asia to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East - Build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including international trade laws and customs regulations - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations across all functions - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements - Develop and manage the supply chain budget Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field - 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with experience managing international operations - Strong knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies - Excellent leadership and management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
