Job Description : AUTO CATEGORY HEAD INDIA a leading auto anciliary company headquartered in NCR and with operations all over the globe. They are known for manufacturing and sale of top quality products with world class manufacturing hubs and export facilities. · Develop the 4P strategies for the product category with the focus to increase market share, visibility, and revenues. · Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales objectives and strategies to increase the sales and revenues. · Coordinate with the R&D and product team to develop new pioneering products that are relevant to the market · Stay in touch with dealers to keep a tab on the market trends and requirements · Lead the launch of new products, brands, and markets · Lead and manage a team of high performing individuals · Must have 15-20 years of experience in marketing and category management · Candidates from Auto, Anciliaries, FMCD/FMCG, and Building Materials shall be preferred · Must have experience of managing category P&L, developing marketing strategies, studying consumer behaviour, etc · Must be able to work across functions- sales, R&D, product development, etc. · Should have managed cross-cultural team before · Should be able to go in the field and study consumer behavior through dealerships · Opportunity to work directly with the leadership team and develop category product strategies · The role comes with high degree of responsibility, visibility, and exposure
