Job Description : RETAIL HEAD SE ASIA Head of South East Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the turnaround of the brand across the South East Asian region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of successfully leading and growing retail operations in multiple countries. Reporting to the Managing Director and Chairman, this role will be responsible to develop and execute the overall business strategy for the South East Asian market, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives. You will identify new market entry opportunities and oversee the establishment of new retail stores, ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and customer experience standards are maintained. · Store Operations: Provide strategic guidance and support to retail stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, efficient processes, and adherence to company standards and policies. Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies as needed. · Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing pricing strategies, analysing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product assortment strategies. · Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing regional team, including store managers and support functions. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to develop and retain top talent. · Partner and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders in the region. · Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the regional budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations. · Brand Image and Customer Experience: Uphold and promote the brand image, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all stores. · Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards across all aspects of operations. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field · Extensive experience, 18+ years or more, in retail operations, preferably with multi-country or regional responsibility in the South East Asian market. · Proven track record of successfully leading and growing retail operations, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. · Expertise in fast fashion is a must. · Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. · Solid understanding of retail operations, including store management, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. · Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business objectives. · Flexibility and willingness to travel within the South East Asian region and Greater China region as required.
