Job Description : PROJECT AND PRODUCTION MANAGER GHANA FOR PILSES Develop a core team to ensure all production parameters are met with respect to Quantity and Quality of production. Ensure minimum downtime of Mill and machinery with proper team and time management. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. A Bachelor’s /master’s degree in Production Management / Manufacturing /Food Technology with min 10-12 years of relevant work exp as a Production manager. West Africa exp will be given preference.
