Production and Quality Control Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION AND QC MANAGER FOR PRINTING, VIETNAM ( EXPATS) In this role, you will take the responsibility to manage & lead production & QC team to achieve company business goal. Report directly to Managing Director. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organisation's overall objectives and goals Collaborate with senior management to establish operational targets, initiatives, and performance metrics Conduct comprehensive analysis and forecasting to optimise resource allocation, capacity planning, and demand forecasting Improve relating process, drive initiatives, automation to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity Lead and supervise a diverse team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance Collaborate closely with other departments in daily operations & company's projects Control budget and cost Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus) Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the same industry (printing) Strong leadership abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
