Group Human Resources Director

Job Description : Group HR Director - Mississauga Canada. The group who have grown too International fame and accreditation are re-structuring their SLT and require a "Group HR Director" who has proven hands on transactional, transformational experience designing the architecture, delivering and executing the vision for their Americas operations. Reporting to the CEO this role will play a pivotal strategic role re-engineering the landscape for the business, the vision and the growth acceleration. This role will be an office based role at the outset whilst the complete transformational SLA is setup. With 4 new packaging facilities to be built across Canada and the US in the next 24 months come manpower planning, resource management, guidance and leadership to the board. The team consists of 120 FTE & 40 Temp, this will increase to 300 FTE within 24 months. The HR team has 5 team member currently. Salary $200-220K + 20% Bonus + LTIP ( calculated on performance and milestone metrics) A mixture of corporate governance and structure from a MNC would be great whilst having the entrepreneurial drive and vision to drive the vision of a rapidly growing SME who is driving for greatness and disrupting their industry. *This is not a step up role!
